MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Albany Medical Center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing technical procedures and assisting in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize MRI technology to create diagnostic images and provide patients with a safe and positive experience.
- Support teaching and continue learning as the technology changes for both themselves and others.
- Perform MRI exams on outpatients, inpatients, research patients, and those requiring specialized MRI-guided procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRI technology and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
They will also be required to ensure that access to sensitive information is based on a need-to-know and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties.
Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that information is adequately protected from unauthorized access and modification.
