The University of Alaska System is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct instructor positions in the Natural Sciences Division. These positions are part-time and represented by the United Academic - Adjuncts, AAUP-AFT/AFL-CIO union.

As an adjunct instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach undergraduate students in various departments, including Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geological Sciences, and Physics & Astronomy. To be eligible, you must have a passion for sharing your knowledge and skills with students and a desire to help them achieve their academic goals.

Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, faculty, administration, and the general public. You will be evaluated on your academic preparation, past teaching experience, expertise in your discipline, and potential for providing high-quality instruction.
