Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Analytical Tools: Design and implement advanced analytical tools, dashboards, and technology solutions to support portfolio management and strategic decision-making.
- Lead Complex Projects: Independently manage complex projects, such as scenario analysis development or system improvement, with minimal supervision.
- Source and Manage Data: Source relevant information and manage vendor relationships to procure external data for profitability benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Finance and Treasury: Lead our team's partnership with the broader finance and treasury organizations to ensure alignment on profitability and forecasting efforts.
- Present Results to Senior Management: Present profitability results to senior management to enhance understanding of specific clients and sectors, and support strategic decision-making.
- 5-7 Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in data and analytics, preferably in corporate banking.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with experience in automating data aggregation functionality.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to create informative and accurate reporting, and to explain complex profitability topics to a non-technical audience.
