Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in all common areas, including restrooms, dining spaces, elevators, hallways, and activity areas
  • Cleaning assigned resident apartments to ensure a high standard of hygiene
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff to uphold the overall appearance and functionality of the building
  • Submitting maintenance requests as necessary
  • Monitoring supply levels and notifying management when restocking is needed
  • Keeping the laundry room organized and storing cleaning chemicals safely
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
  • A genuine compassion for elderly care and a commitment to exceptional service
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, and team members
  • A keen attention to detail
