We are seeking part-time swim instructors to make a positive impact in our community.
About the RoleAs a swim instructor at Little Kickers Swim School, you will have the opportunity to teach swimming lessons to our community, building confidence and developing safety skills in a student-centered environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure the safety of all students and staff.
- Teach swimming lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a fun and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Follow our curriculum and adapt to the needs, abilities, and comfort of each student.
- Previous experience working with children is required.
- Swim experience, including swim instruction, swim team, or lifeguarding, is highly desirable.
- Caring and compassion for children and adults are essential.
- Ability to work in the water for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, with a focus on afternoons and weekends.
