Role Overview: The Upper Extremities Sales Associate will work closely with Sales Representatives in the designated area to rapidly acquire knowledge of the medical device sector and the Upper Extremities division. This role is pivotal in driving business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives on all aspects of the sales process, including case coverage, product marketing, and inventory management.
  • Attend surgical procedures utilizing Stryker Upper Extremities products to ensure product availability and provide guidance on usage and functionality.
  • Engage with sales teams to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Customize Stryker's promotional messaging based on customer insights, advise on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in managing Customer Purchase Orders (POs) for accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Market the product line effectively, highlighting features and differentiators of Stryker's Upper Extremities offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, a drive for success, and a quick aptitude for learning medical and technical information. A proven track record in building lasting relationships and a competitive spirit are essential. Previous sales experience is preferred.
