Job Description

Pacific Seafood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our sales and logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering perishable goods to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that orders are accurately picked and packed, and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure that goods are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that goods are delivered in a timely manner and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and that all necessary safety checks are performed.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in delivery and sales of perishable food products.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid driver's license.
