Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Taymax Group. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes and providing personalized coaching to our members.

• Lead group fitness classes, including creating and following a schedule
• Consult with members to understand their fitness goals and provide motivation and support
• Instruct members on the proper use of equipment and create bi-weekly updates with new exercises
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic
• Assist with front desk activities, including answering phones and checking members into the system

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for fitness and health
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Current CPR Certification required
• Personal Training Certification from a preferred association (IFA, ACE or NCSF) is required

• Continual standing, walking, bending, crouching and reaching
• Continual listening and talking in person or on the phone
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
