Job Summary

Aperion Care Marion is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their health, welfare, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including serving meals, providing fresh water and nourishment, and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Provide assistance with ambulation, turning, and positioning residents, maintaining their stability and comfort.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and weight, as well as intake and output information.
  • Document actions and observations, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in educational opportunities and maintain licensure to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, bending, and walking regularly, as well as lifting and moving up to 100 pounds. Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication is required.
