Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join their team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient care and service, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage critically ill patients, including those with respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Collaborate with intensivists and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
- Participate in hospital rounds, assist with admissions and discharges, and provide on-call support as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- At least 2 years of ICU experience, with a strong focus on critical care medicine.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Texas.
