Education and Experience:
Must be able to read and understand instructions and information. A professional appearance is required. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure restroom facilities are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collect and dispose of waste from the premises.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks.
- Engage in outdoor work, including cleaning walkways and lawn care.
- Move furniture and equipment as needed.
- Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Follow safety instructions regarding the use of cleaning chemicals.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, sit, use hands, reach, climb, and communicate. The role may involve walking, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. The employee must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
