Job Summary:
The Restorative CNA delivers quality rehabilitative, restorative, and therapeutic care to residents as ordered by the licensed medical staff/therapist. This role requires a strong commitment to providing individualized care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including rehabilitative, restorative, and therapeutic interventions
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
