Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Engineer to perform the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our equipment on customer premises. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of our products or those of our competitors, and will be able to work independently without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain CMB equipment on customer premises.
- Update technical bulletins to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
- Prepare visit reports detailing activity when spending time on customer sites.
- Identify opportunities for the sale of machine upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements
- A sound knowledge of CMB products or those of our competitors.
- Apprentice-trained engineer with experience working as a mechanical fitter, production engineer, or similar in a capital equipment manufacturer or can plant.
- Ability to work remotely on customer sites for extended periods.
