Position Summary
As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will utilize specialized equipment and apply materials to pavement surfaces, ensuring maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring.
- Plan and execute high-quality projects efficiently.
- Communicate daily job status updates with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A valid [local full license] driver's license with a clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required) and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
- Capability to work independently without supervision.
- Experience with small engines (such as lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is advantageous.
- An educational background in Engineering is a plus.
