Position Summary

As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will utilize specialized equipment and apply materials to pavement surfaces, ensuring maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.


Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring.
  • Plan and execute high-quality projects efficiently.
  • Communicate daily job status updates with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • A valid [local full license] driver's license with a clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required) and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
  • Capability to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience with small engines (such as lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is advantageous.
  • An educational background in Engineering is a plus.
