Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial roofing crews and manage projects from start to finish
- Install, remove, and replace commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles)
- Perform roof maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and training crew members as needed
- Track inventory and file daily reports
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
- A valid driver's license
- Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
- Ability to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb, and kneel
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work at varying heights and during various weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Working Conditions
- Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature
- Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
- Local travel, up to 2 hours away
