Branch Manager

We are seeking a seasoned consumer finance professional to lead our next Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of lending professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of lending professionals to achieve annual growth goals and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage branch operations, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Minimum of three years of related experience in consumer finance or a related field.
- Two years of successful supervisory experience or recent completion of a lending training program.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.
- Has, in good standing, applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by branch.
The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, operate computer and phone systems, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about the branch. The employee is required to be physically present in the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
