Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to support our clinical laboratory team at United Providers of Health, LLC in Raleigh, NC.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in laboratory tasks, including screening procedures and data entry
  • Collecting and processing specimens
  • Greeting customers and handling insurance information
  • Filing and managing medical records
  • Shipping and receiving packages and samples

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • 6 months-2 years' work experience in a CLIA-accredited clinical laboratory (preferred)
