Job Summary

The Medical Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to laboratory testing, including preparing samples, operating equipment, and analyzing results. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests, such as blood draws, urinalyses, and other clinical laboratory procedures
  • Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, microscopes, and spectrophotometers
  • Analyze test results, documenting any abnormalities or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and quality control data
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience working in a medical laboratory setting. A Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification or equivalent is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Housing and airfare are provided by Anders Group.
