Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, fabricate, and assemble metal products such as doors, windows, and cladding using various metals including steel and aluminum.
2. Operate CNC machinery to cut, drill, or shape metal components for assembly.
3. Utilize AutoCAD and microvellum software to develop detailed blueprints and plans for each project.
4. Execute welding tasks using various techniques, ensuring product strength and durability.
5. Oversee the quality of finished products to guarantee compliance with company standards and client requirements.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team, addressing any challenges during the fabrication process.
7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in metalwork fabrication/engineering within a manufacturing context.
2. Proficient in operating CNC machines and utilizing metalworking tools.
3. In-depth knowledge of various metals, including steel and aluminum, and their properties.
4. Skilled in AutoCAD and microvellum software for designing and planning fabrication projects.
5. Strong welding capabilities, with a thorough understanding of various welding techniques and safety protocols.
6. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality products that meet client specifications.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of troubleshooting issues effectively.
8. Good communication skills, fostering effective teamwork.
9. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
10. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
