The Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing our existing channel partners, recruiting and onboarding new ones to drive indirect sales. You will work closely with the sales team to source and manage the channel pipeline and marketing activities that generate incremental revenue for us.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners to drive indirect sales.
  • Manage our existing partners to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Work closely with partners and our sales team to source new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Outerfactor and all our products, leveraging your expertise to educate, train, and capture mindshare with our partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, including KPIs for partner activity, enablement, and pipeline.
  • Align internal teams at Outerfactor, including sales and marketing, with relevant partners through targeted demand generation, account mapping activities, and co-selling.
