Job Summary

As an AP Analyst at Vaco, you will be responsible for processing account transactions in a timely and accurate manner. This includes coding invoices, performing detailed reconciliation and research of supplier information, and maintaining open and responsive communication lines with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Codes invoices and processes account transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs detailed reconciliation and research of supplier information.
  • Maintains open and responsive communication lines with internal and external customers.
  • Assists with data rationalization and standardization for adding new master file information to systems.
  • Analyzes exceptions and reviews correspondence for follow-up.
  • Assigns vendor billing discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
  • Assists and supports management with preparation of information for analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements
  • Min 3 years of Accounts payable experience.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
