About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a post-acute setting, providing primary care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses, and implement plans of care. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care to patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Manage chronic disease and implement plans of care
  • Order and interpret lab results
  • Prescribe and monitor medications
  • Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on coping skills and healthy lifestyle changes
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Washington NP license
  • Active and unrestricted Washington DEA license
  • Experience in primary care or post-acute care a plus, but not required
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation is a productivity-based model that offers you control to maximize your income potential. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid professional liability insurance.

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work four to five days a week and choose your own work days. You will also have the opportunity to set your own daily hours and work autonomously.
