Overview:
Community Radiology Associates is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
- Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
- Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view, and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Guide patients through the exam process, kindly answering their questions and concerns.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Requirements:
- ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
- CPR certification.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $65.00.
- Sign-on bonus: $7,500.00.
- On-call incentive: $20 per hour and double pay for shifts of 2 hours or more.
Work Schedule:
Weekends, with varying shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4pm, and on-call shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
