Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Quality Specialist to join our team at Tyler Union. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize air pollution and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. About the Role
This is a salaried exempt position, with an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary of $90,000 per year. You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement effective air quality management plans, ensuring that our facilities meet or exceed all applicable regulatory requirements. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting a culture of sustainability within our organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive air quality management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address air quality issues and develop solutions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on air quality policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of air quality data

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in air quality management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing air quality compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
