Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gray Capital LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for driving traffic, closing applications, and executing leases to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Develop and execute social media and marketing content to engage with the community and promote our properties.
• Plan and host social events for residents, including movie nights, holiday parties, and other activities to foster a sense of community.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual leasing goals by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and touring prospects.
• Manage property management software, set appointments, and ensure timely completion of applications and leases.
• Assist with rent collection, communicate with residents regarding delinquency, and provide support with move-in and move-out processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle issues promptly, and ensure a high level of hospitality at our properties.
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
