About Our Team

Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is a leading healthcare provider in Southeast Alaska. We are seeking a dedicated Accreditation and Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SEARHC's accreditation requirements, providing guidance on credentialing issues, and serving as a subject matter expert for interpretation and application of accreditation standards.

About the Role

  • Accreditation and Compliance: Strong knowledge of accrediting agency requirements, infection prevention, safety practices, risk management, and total quality management principles.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Experience in formulating and implementing Performance Improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team through effective performance management, communication, and mentoring/coaching.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Certifications: RN License or comparable clinical degree with experience and specialized education/training in Quality Management/Performance Improvement. Master's degree in a health-related or business field preferred.
  • Experience: Five years' healthcare administration or performance improvement management experience, with three years' experience supervising healthcare professionals.

Benefits
