About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Physiatry Clinician. As a key member of our post-acute therapy team, you will work closely with our onsite PT, OT, and SLP teams to enhance rehabilitative outcomes and assess/reduce patients' pain levels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized Physiatry/PM&R services as an outside consultant in SNF or ALF
  • Collaborate with the post-acute therapy team to improve patient function and quality of life
  • Assess and treat patients with physical impairments and disabilities, with a focus on the neuromusculoskeletal system
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
  • SNF or post-acute experience (preferred)
  • 6 Months Work Experience
  • Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma State
