Job Title: Physiatry Clinician

Elaya Health is seeking a skilled Physiatry Clinician to join our team. As a Physiatry Clinician, you will work closely with our post-acute therapy team to enhance rehabilitative outcomes and assess/reduce patients' pain levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized Physiatry/PM&R services as an outside consultant in SNF or ALF
  • Collaborate with onsite PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
  • SNF or post-acute experience (preferred)
  • 6 Months Work Experience
  • Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma State
