Annexus Group is a leading financial institution that specializes in designing and distributing innovative investment and retirement solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team in our North Scottsdale office.

**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to assist with reporting, day-to-day processing, and provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations. If you have a background in operations or back office management, this role is ideal for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the issue and processing of our line of fixed annuity products, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of daily workflow systems, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Prepare and present various reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Recommend and implement process changes to improve services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Test new technology enhancements into infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and effective operation.
  • Provide office support services for New Business Organization and Agent support, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Receive, direct, and relay internal and external communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain the operations scanning/filing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years' experience in an investment environment, 2-5 years administrative experience. One of: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses strongly desired.
  • Excellent client service, quality, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Typing and 10 key proficiency, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Possesses initiative, sound judgment, proactive, and professional demeanor, with strong coordinating, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Windows environment.
  • Experience with workflow systems, Salesforce a plus.
