Speech Language Pathology Assistant

About the Role:
- Evaluate students' communication needs and develop individualized therapy programs under the guidance of the Area Speech Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with educational teams to enhance students' communication skills and overall development.
- Conduct speech-language screenings, provide direct therapy assistance, and document progress accurately.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with Spectrum policies and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current or eligible SLPA certification.
- Prior experience in special education services, particularly for students with autism-related disabilities and emotional disturbance.
