About the Role:

  • Evaluate students' communication needs and develop individualized therapy programs under the guidance of the Area Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to enhance students' communication skills and overall development.
  • Conduct speech-language screenings, provide direct therapy assistance, and document progress accurately.
  • Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with Spectrum policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current or eligible SLPA certification.
  • Prior experience in special education services, particularly for students with autism-related disabilities and emotional disturbance.
