Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages, including $18.50 per hour, as well as paid orientation and ongoing training to ensure our caregivers are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

In addition to our competitive pay, we also offer flexible scheduling, direct deposit, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, and employee recognition programs to show our appreciation for your hard work and dedication.

Job Description: Caregiver

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers, providing attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, as well as assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Richmond IN, you will establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers, and provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
