Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize laundry manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Supply Chain Management: Assess and improve supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution, to reduce costs and improve lead times.
- Tariff Compliance: Ensure compliance with tariff regulations, including import/export duties, trade agreements, and customs procedures, to minimize tariff-related expenses.
- Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities in operations, such as supply chain disruptions, regulatory non-compliance, or tariff-related uncertainties.
- Project Management: Lead consulting projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, business administration, or international trade.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in product management in the laundry industry, with a deep understanding of production processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills, with experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus.
