Responsibilities- Carry a caseload of 4-5 families, providing intensive treatment and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and youth to identify and address their unique needs.
- Provide regular assessments and reviews of treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Document all sessions and progress in a web-based system, utilizing voice-recognition technology to streamline the process.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best possible care.
- Develop strong community relationships and resources to support families and youth in their treatment plans.
- Master's degree in social services field (or related field) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in social services field required, with degrees such as social work, psychology, or counseling considered.
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families, with clinical experience preferred.
- Strong writing skills and experience with electronic documentation.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance required.
- Competitive salary ($58,000/year based on education and clinical license).
