Electronics Engineer for EMI/EMC/RF Integration and Test

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. As an EMI/EMC/RF Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test procedures and automated test scripts using spacecraft commands, telemetry, and electrical ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing in accordance with applicable standards and test procedures.
  • Develop EMI test procedures, specifications, and test limits.
  • Execute EMI testing, monitor EMI tests per specification, troubleshoot, and document all test activities.
  • Support EGSE and flight hardware test/troubleshooting efforts and ability to perform this tasking with little to no oversight from another Electrical Engineer.
  • Travel and support different shifts when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering (or equivalent) with 9 years of related engineering experience; OR a master's degree with 7 years of related engineering experience.
  • Strong background in EMI/EMC standards/specifications (or equivalent commercial standards).
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and integrate new programming languages based off previous experience.
  • Must have a current or active DoD Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI or higher security clearance with investigation in the last five (5) years.
  • Experience with hardware or software testing and test scripting.
  • Thorough knowledge of EMI/EMC testing to MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-462.
  • Technical knowledge of EMI/EMC test equipment (spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, signal generators, RF amplifiers, etc).
Benefits:
