We're seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our fast-paced Service Department Business Development Center. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in automotive and gain a comprehensive understanding of the dealership experience.

In this role, you will assist customers in maintaining their vehicles and scheduling repairs. You will stay up-to-date on the latest vehicles and technologies on the market. You will spend most of your time on inbound and outbound phone calls, following scripts and utilizing multiple computer programs.

Compensation includes hourly pay, plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, service advisors, and dealership management
  • Utilize the BDC tracking system daily

Requirements

  • At least one previous role with strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Position is Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
