Job Overview

The Glendale Realty Services Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for showing apartments to potential renters, leasing apartments to qualified applicants, renewing leases with current tenants, and performing managerial duties concerning the property as directed.

About the Role:

  • You will provide exceptional customer service to both prospects and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current residents, promoting our properties and services.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to create effective marketing strategies, drive leads, and convert them into rentals.
  • Prepare required paperwork for processing and moving in prospective residents.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle are required.
  • You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with good sales and customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
