Residential Leasing Consultant

The Glendale Realty Services Group is a dynamic real estate company seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. This role involves showing apartments to potential renters, leasing apartments to qualified applicants, renewing leases with current tenants, and performing managerial tasks as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Showcasing our apartments to potential renters and converting leads into rentals.
• Preparing required paperwork for processing and moving in prospective residents.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current residents.
• Assisting the Property Manager in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• You should have prior experience in apartment leasing, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Salary Estimate: $52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
