Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Filler Operator to join our team at Pharmavite. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting equipment to manufacture and package high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize production output and quality
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and meet quality and safety standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
  • Ability to safely work with standard hand tools and portable power tools
  • Basic arithmetic skills to count and balance numbers of products
  • Physical ability to reach, push, pull, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends, and adapt to changing production schedules
