Summary of Role:

As a member of the Service Team at Bourbon and Baker, you will be responsible for providing genuine hospitality to our guests while acting as a productive member of our team. You will be expected to be knowledgeable, guest-focused, and able to process information and tasks quickly.

    • Server hourly pay rate range of $2.13-$4.30 per hour plus direct and/or indirect tips.
    • Bartenders hourly pay rate range of $5.50-$10 per hour plus direct and/or indirect tips.

    • Host role is paid within the hourly pay rate range of $11 - $15, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Service Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness at all Times
  • Communicating Professionally & Efficiently with Guests and Colleagues

  • Performing Opening, Closing, and Cleaning Duties
  • Acting as a Teammate by Continually Assisting Others
  • Performing Additional Service-Related Duties as Assigned by Managers

What We Need from You:

  • Prior Restaurant Service Experience Preferred but Not Required
  • Ability to Communicate in and Understand the Predominant Language of our Guests
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Natural Empathy; Passion for Creating Memorable Experiences of Hospitality
  • Ability and Willingness to Move Quickly, Efficiently, and Safely through the Restaurant
  • Strong Work Ethic to Execute Demanding Work under Pressure

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to be on your Feet & Walking up to 8 Hours
  • Ability to Climb Stairs Multiple Times during a Shift
