Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud, delivering over 200 web portals, Live and Online Services globally. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and trusted customer experience worldwide.

We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the network powering the world's largest online services. As a Data Center Delivery (DCD) Construction Manager, you will require strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in construction, engineering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive tactical delivery of data center projects within your portfolio.
  • Oversight of Campus projects to meet Safety, Quality, Predictable Cost and Schedule, and Risk Management expectations.
  • Ensure projects meet Microsoft guidelines and standards.
  • Manage team objectives, business processes, General Contractor (GC), and vendor management strategies.
  • Cross-group collaboration efforts with project strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years experience working on data center projects.
  • 10+ years project management experience.
  • 10+ years people management experience.
Salary and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $129,200 - $273,400 per year. A different range applies to specific work locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, with a base pay range of $162,000 - $299,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
