We are seeking a Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess 1 year of experience in a related field and be able to work every other weekend. As a traveler, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced staff and contribute to providing high-quality patient care.
About This OpportunityThis short-term acute care facility is a teaching hospital with 536 total staff beds. The traveler will be working in an environment that values teamwork and collaboration. Our hospital highlights include a variety of specialties and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position with guaranteed hours. The traveler can be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks. We offer flexibility with contract lengths of 36 or 48 hours. The exact schedule will depend on the needs of the facility and may require floating within scope or between like units.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have 1 year of experience in a similar position. You should also be comfortable working in an environment where you may be on-call. A valid nursing license is required for this position, and pending licenses are accepted. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $140,000 annually. This amount may vary based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
