Medical Care Specialist

The Western Reserve is seeking a Medical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, UroGyn, you will perform comprehensive history and physical assessments on the general medical population in various settings. This includes inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory care, and other environments. You will utilize the interdisciplinary team process to complete a comprehensive H&P and contribute to the development of an integrated plan for managing general medical patients.
In this role, you will communicate effectively with physicians, care managers, social workers, patient care coordinators, therapists, and other community agencies as appropriate. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality patient care by utilizing established standards of care for general medical patients.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced nurse practitioner who can demonstrate clinical expertise in patient populations. If you have a Master of Science Degree in Nursing and are registered with a current license to practice in the State of Ohio, we want to hear from you
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
