Personal Recovery Coach for Intensive In-Home Treatment

At Aspire365, we are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our multidisciplinary team as Personal Recovery Coaches. This is a contracted part-time position that requires delivering services through in-home and telemedicine visits.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals who possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Our team provides intensive evidence-based care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We change the way treatment is delivered by using chronic illness programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients and families, referral sources, field staff, and local medical professionals. By utilizing evidence-based approaches and collaborating with the Recovery Support Team, you will provide valuable resources and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Utilize your certification skills to aid clients in their recovery journey.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments with clients based on their individual needs.
  • Engagement Activities: Participate with clients in various activities to promote engagement and progress.
  • Treatment Goals: Work with clients to achieve treatment goals set by the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse, and Therapist.
  • Communication: Inform the Recovery Team and Program Coordinator about any non-compliance, behavior changes, or incidents.
  • Trust Building: Help clients establish trust and open communication channels.
  • Group Meetings: Accompany clients to group meetings when necessary.
  • Support: Provide clients with ongoing support via phone or text on non-face-to-face days.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • State Professional Guidelines: Familiarity with state professional and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work cooperatively with others to set goals, motivate clients, and resolve problems.
  • Availability: Minimum of 10 hours per month available.
  • Evening and Weekend Availability: Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
