Position Overview
The Village at Sherman Oaks is seeking a dedicated Staffing Specialist to foster collaborative relationships with our care team. This role is essential in ensuring equitable staffing allocations, covering all care shifts, and supporting the administration of medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with care staff.
- Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed to meet resident needs.
- Assist in the administration of medications as prescribed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience in caregiving.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Completion of training in medication administration.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a similar role.
- Adherence to all licensing regulations.
