Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Outside Property Claim Representative to join our team. As a key member of our claims organization, you will be responsible for handling first-party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage, damages, and liability
  • Conduct field inspections to assess damage and gather evidence
  • Develop and negotiate claim settlements within authority limits
  • Communicate with insureds, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
  • Manage claim files and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective claim resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • General knowledge of estimating systems, such as Xactimate
  • Two or more years of previous outside property claim handling experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
