Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to new store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Assist in creating schedules in our timekeeping system to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is always clean and professional, with products stocked on shelves and displays maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Forecast, order, stock, and merchandise product to meet customer demand and minimize waste.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Proficiency: Required elementary-level English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate, read, and write the English language.
  • Experience: Six to nine months of experience as an Assistant Manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mathematics Ability: Strong mathematics ability, with the ability to accurately manage inventory and perform financial calculations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Physical Requirements
