We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Intake Specialist to join our team at Legal Intake Professionals in North Richland Hills. As a liaison between our clients and their customers, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer issues and handling complaints and inquiries with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
About the Role
This is an in-office position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction. You will be responsible for receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts, and filling out intake forms while talking to clients. Additionally, you will need to set the tone and pace of your calls, maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Good verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction

- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

Compensation
The compensation for this role is $17 per hour, with a rate of $19 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.
Shifts Offered
We offer full-time shifts with 40 hours per week, including 2nd shift. You must be available to work a Saturday or Sunday each week and have a flexible schedule.
Training
Training will last approximately three weeks, after which you will move to your new set schedule.
