About the Role

This is an in-office position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction. You will be responsible for receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts, and filling out intake forms while talking to clients. Additionally, you will need to set the tone and pace of your calls, maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $17 per hour, with a rate of $19 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.

Shifts Offered

We offer full-time shifts with 40 hours per week, including 2nd shift. You must be available to work a Saturday or Sunday each week and have a flexible schedule.

Training

Training will last approximately three weeks, after which you will move to your new set schedule.
