Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Cyber Security Engineer plays a vital role in safeguarding the organization's information assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures. This includes identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

This role involves collaborating with various IT and business teams to integrate security best practices into every aspect of the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
