Role Overview

As a Camp Ministry Leadership team member, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and nurturing environment for campers ages 5-15 to learn about God and enjoy time outdoors with friends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support counselors and campers as they experience and share Christ at camp.
  • Empower counselors to provide a quality and fun camp experience, build relationships with campers, and impact lives for Christ.
  • Assist in planning and executing camp activities, including Color Clash competitions, weekly themes, and special night activities.
  • Mentor and provide hands-on support to Leaders in Training (LITs) as they serve and enjoy camp fun behind the scenes.

What We Offer

A competitive pay rate of $530/week, plus room and board, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic summer team.
