Job Summary

Barons on First is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our beers and hand-crafted cocktails, making recommendations to customers
  • Process guest orders and take payment in a hospitable and timely manner
  • Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours, depending on the restaurant's needs
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest in serving guests
  • Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
  • Accountable for directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant, all payment transactions, and the security of the cash drawer
  • Records and analyzes cashflow which may include opening, running, and closing duties
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Must obtain Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
